Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Pakistan through our courier partners: TCS, Leopards, and PostEx.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders above PKR 4,000
• A standard delivery charge applies on orders below PKR 4,000 (charge shown at checkout before you confirm your order)

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days of confirmation, depending on your location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1 to 2 business day(s) of confirmation.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once available / not currently offered

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned and cancelled.
